Mountain Property

Fremont, Custer, and southwestern Pueblo counties have some of the most beautiful and pristine land in the state. Sweeping landscapes, panoramic vistas, and dramatic sunsets typify many of the outlying areas. The San Isabel National Forest, the Sangre De Cristo mountain range, and the Arkansas River are also all within this area and there are numerous outdoor recreational opportunities available.

The Mountain Real Estate market has grown steadily over the past few years, particularly within Custer County. As with other Real Estate, the single most important factor in the valuation of Mountain Real Estate is location. Large, valuable acreage associated with many of these properties is also a significant factor. It has been the goal of SAS, Inc., to maintain a firm grasp on those factors which can and do affect the market value of Mountain Real Estate.
